Cancellation Policy |
Effective September 1, 2007
Should a cancellation or date change be
necessary, we would very much appreciate a
minimum of 24 hours notice. There is no
charge for this change. You can call us at
808-237-3668 or email us at
medspaskincare@hawaii.rr.com.
Appointments re-scheduled or cancelled less
than 24 hours prior to service will be
charged 50% of the treatment.
No shows will be charged 100% for the
treatment missed.
Reservations must be held with a credit
card.
Credit card details are required to secure
an appointment. |

Loyalty Points Program |
Our Loyalty Program is one of the ways for
us to say “Thank You” to you for your
loyalty and faith in us and for your
business.
For every dollar spent with us, service or
product, you receive a point, so $1 = 1
point. When you achieve 5000 points, a $100
credit will be waiting for you our office.
You can use your gift towards your
treatments or for your skin care products. |
